Pick-up

  • Where and when can I pick-up my order?

    You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. You can pick up your order at our store: Driehoeksstraat 10, Amsterdam. If you’d like to pick up your order on the same day, please contact us and we will let you know if that’s possible via: +31 20 626 77 52

    Open: Monday to Friday 13.00 – 17.00.
    Closed: Saturday and Sunday.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept SWIFT, Creditcard, Bancontact and Sofort banking. Once we have received your payment your order will be processed.
     

Delivery

  • Pick-up or delivery?

    It’s great that you can order our products through the online store and have them delivered. But what’s more fun than strolling through the Jordaan and picking up your package in our authentic store in the beautiful Driehoekstraat? It saves you delivery costs and reduces our footprint. If you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of us at work through the windows! You can’t get much closer than that—unless you book a tour, of course. Because how great is it to see where your favorite product comes from?

    If you choose the pickup option, we’ll send you a confirmation as soon as your order is ready.

    Open: Monday to Friday 13.00 – 17.00.
    Closed: Saturday and Sunday.
    Important: during our holiday from July 21st to August 11th 2025 we are closed. Your order will be processed after August 11th.

  • What are the delivery costs?

    Unfortunately, our products don’t fit in your mailbox, therefore they can only be delivered at your door. That means the costs start at 13,50 euro at least for either 0-10 kilo, depending on the country of destination. Ordering more products diminishes the costs per product.

    Our products will be deliverd with TNTexpress. After your order has been processed, you can track the delivery at the TNT trackandtrace website.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    We try to send your order as soon as possible after receiving your payment. Usually on the same day or the day after, if the product is in stock. If you need your order for a specific date, please make this clear in the comments box before finalizing your purchase. Only then, we can prioritize your order.

    Important: from July 21st to August 11th 2025 we are closed. Orders placed after July 18th 15:00 will be processed and shipped after August 11th.
