This herby geneva is named after our intrepid sea hero Cornelis Tromp. She is distilled from granes and several herbs like cumin, which enhance her herby flavour.
Taainagel and herring make a very tastefull couple. In different modern cuisines Taainagel is served with oisters and caviar as well.
