A Dutch genever, old style, made of different types of maltwine, which have all been on oak casks, although we don’t want to call this an aged genever. We would rather call this an eau-de-vie of wheat, but the Dutch law doesn’t permit us to call it so. Simply because we’re the only Dutch distiller that makes such a product and the law has to be average, moderate etc…. Compared to the Dutch products sold as genever: very smooth, tasty and special. The nose is outspoken wheat.
Type of geneva:
Double distilled, ripened graingeneva.
Used types of grain:
Wheat, rye, corn and barley.
