Our Angostura is prepared according to our old receipe, which dates from the VOC. A spicey bitter, which they used to add to geneva in the old days. Nowadays used a lot in cocktails. Try Angostura in meatdishes as well, it combines perfectly with hair or rabbit. Apart from Angostura we also make the old Red and Green Pomerans and the so called ‘maagbitter’.
