Pineapple is difficult to work with. Especially the skin can be full of nasty flavours. Despite these problems our productionmethode allows us to distill a perfect Pineapple esprit. Most of the pineapples we use are from Hawaii. This esprit combines perfect with other tropical fruits, citrus and bananas.
